About Katharina

For more than 14 years, I have effectively managed a challenging consulting career ​while raising two children and maintaining a fit, healthy lifestyle. During this time, I ​have assisted numerous women in reaching their health objectives, establishing a ​solid reputation in Germany for my dependable nature and successful outcomes.



As I approached 40, I delved into anti-aging research, focusing on improving skin ​health, bone density, and energy levels while preventing injuries. Many of my clients, ​aged 40 and above, faced similar challenges and attributed them to the aging ​process. I aimed to demonstrate that even at 40 and beyond, one can maintain ​fitness, vitality, healthy skin, and prevent many illnesses and injuries. This ​exploration inspired the development of a customized 12-week program for women ​over 40, emphasizing muscle growth, skin flexibility, and overall wellness.


Join me in reshaping your physique and aging gracefully. As the founder of Trainerio ​in Germany, I have extended my commitment to fitness by introducing digital ​solutions to support musculoskeletal health for orthopedic prevention. Working ​closely with orthopedists, I have provided them with a tool for their clients to ensure ​comprehensive wellness.
