For more than 14 years, I have effectively managed a challenging consulting career while raising two children and maintaining a fit, healthy lifestyle. As I approached 40, I delved into anti-aging research, focusing on improving skin health, bone density, and energy levels while preventing injuries. Many of my clients, aged 40 and above, faced similar challenges and attributed them to the aging process. I aimed to demonstrate that even at 40 and beyond, one can maintain fitness, vitality, healthy skin, and prevent many illnesses and injuries. This exploration inspired the development of a customized 12-week program for women over 40, emphasizing muscle growth, skin flexibility, and overall wellness.
